Responsibilities:

You need to go to the Philippines for about 3 months first. After becoming a regular employee, you can return to Malaysia to work remotely depending on the situation.

• Conduct market research and apply strategic frameworks to analyse opportunities and develop solutions.
• Liaison with 3rd party partners on international development activities, such as overseas branch setup, key license and certificate applications.
• Develop presentations on key initiatives and the state of the business for senior management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements with key external customers and partners.
• Prepare communications and materials, design meeting content, plan events, and coordinate activities with colleagues.
