As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to appoint a senior leader to drive the development and growth of the Corporate Finance practice. This role will shape the firm's corporate finance offering across transactions, fundraising, valuations, and due diligence services as the business moves into new and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
