Drives MCBL objectives through strategic lead generation, deepening of corporate relationships, bank partnership management, and consistent achievement of higher sales and productivity targets. Acts as a trusted advisor to bank partners and corporate clients while contributing to business growth.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Lead need-based selling of corporate and individual insurance solutions, including protection, health, savings, investment, retirement, and corporate solutions.
+ Own and manage a larger portfolio of corporate accounts and deliver sustainable business growth.
+ Achieve higher monthly sales and validation targets through disciplined execution of sales activities and corporate presentations.
+ Develop strong partnerships with Division Heads, Team Heads, Account Officers, and key corporate decision makers.
