Position Overview

The Corporate Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the management and corporate team. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day handling of corporate documents, scheduling, coordination, and office processes.

Assist in the preparation of corporate documents, letters, and reports

  • Maintain and organize corporate files and records (hard copy and digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments of management
  • Handle basic communication with clients, government offices, and partners
  • Assist in processing permits, registrations, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business, legal, or related course
