This opportunity sits within the practice of a well-established Corporate Finance and Capital Markets partner with a longstanding reputation in the market. The team advises a diverse client base, including listed companies, international corporates, growth businesses, founders and investors, on a broad range of corporate finance and transactional matters.

The practice is known for its expertise across public takeovers, IPOs, equity fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, governance matters and shareholder activism.
