We are currently working with a PLC organisation who are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to support a programme of subsidiary restructuring. This role will report to the Group Legal Director. It will be a global role and will be on a Fixed-term contract basis of 6–12 months. You will also work closely with the Group General Counsel andpany Secretary and be a part of a fantastic and collaborative team. Please see some key responsibilities below.

Provide legal support for corporate transactions, divestments and disposals.

Support subsidiary restructuring, entity rationalisation and simplification projects.

Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, including SPAs, TSAs, NDAs and intra-group agreements.

Manage legal due diligence and support transaction execution.

Work closely withpany Secretariat, Finance and Tax, as well as external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
