We're growing our legal practice and looking for a lawyer who wants to build real expertise in UAE corporate law alongside a senior team.
What you'll do
- Draft and review contracts and corporate documents (English and Russian)
- Support company setup, licensing and corporate changes across Mainland and Free Zones
- Run due diligence and counterparty checks
- Liaise with clients, free zone authorities and government bodies
- Keep corporate records clean and audit ready
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of legal experience (law firm or in house)
- Law degree
- Strong written English and Russian; Arabic is a plus
- Solid contract drafting and corporate law fundamentals
