Hogan Lovells Corporate and Finance practice group covers the full range of corporate/M&A work. The team has broad experience of public and private M&A joint ventures strategic alliances restructurings and complex commercial arrangements and both domestic UK and cross‑border. The clients of the team span all industry sectors.

40 hours per week 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required.
