Your Role

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Analyst with deep expertise in legal entity management within a multinational company. This role will report to the U.S.-based Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities, and will manage Ciena’s international legal entity portfolio while supporting corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
