We’re hiring a Corporate Legal Assistant based in South Africa to support a UK top-20 accountancy and legal advisory firm . You'll be part of a growing Legal Services team, working closely with senior legal partners and helping UK-based clients with corporate and company secretarial matters.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has an LLB degree , 2–3 years of experience , and a passion for corporate governance or company law , looking to build an international career while working from SA.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with corporate legal admin and documentation
Draft and circulate board resolutions and shareholder documentation
Maintain and update statutory registers
Manage Companies House filings (UK equivalent of CIPC – training will be provided)
