Generalist lawyer

Generalist lawyer with knowledge of commercial and corporate law and, in particular, experience in M&A; transactions (investment agreements, share/asset purchase transactions, shareholders’ agreements or joint venture agreements) and/or corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, demergers/spin-offs, etc.), with experience in law firms or in-house legal departments.

Functions

Within the Legal Department, the role will provide ongoing in-house corporate legal support at both domestic and international level, advising Group companies and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day advice on corporate governance, incorporation and ongoing management of Group entities across multiple jurisdictions, including responding to routine legal queries.
