An elite international law firm is looking to appoint a corporate lawyer to its Singapore team, focusing on high-value cross-border M&A, private equity and strategic investment work across Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.

The role will suit a lawyer who wants genuine exposure to complex regional transactions, working with financial sponsors, multinational corporates, sovereign wealth funds and other major institutional clients. The team is known for handling sophisticated public and private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and private capital mandates across sectors including energy, infrastructure, technology, telecoms and financial services.
