As a Corporate M&A / PE Partner at this elite global law firm with a significant presence in Singapore and the rest of Asia, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex M&A and PE transactions from Singapore.

Candidates should have a sector focus, such ason the energy or projects sector. You will be expected to provide strategic advice to clients, negotiate and draft complex internationaltransaction documents, and manage due diligence processes.

WHAT

• Lead and manage complex M&A and/or PE transactions.
