This role supports a fast-paced M&A group and offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate transactions while building deep expertise in corporate governance and filings.

What You'll Do as the Corporate Paralegal:

• Prepare and file a range of corporate documents, including entity formations, amendments, mergers, conversions, and dissolutions
• Manage corporate governance records, including minute books, stock ledgers, and ownership documentation
• Handle state and federal filings such as annual reports, fictitious name registrations, and IRS forms (EINs, S-elections)
• Support M&A transactions by organizing due diligence materials, maintaining data rooms, and tracking closing deliverables
