This is a strategic appointment for an established Corporate Partner seeking a first-class platform from which to further develop their practice. You will advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, investments, shareholder arrangements, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.
