About the Role

As the Facilities/Operations Head, this role will be responsible for leading the efficient and effective operation of the Hyderabad office. This role will develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize space utilization, oversee building maintenance and security, negotiate and manage contracts with facility service providers, and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. This role will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and develop a dynamic team that works collaboratively to create inspiring and innovative spaces.
