Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to support the effective management of our global real estate portfolio. Your role combines data management, lease management, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure portfolio decisions are supported by accurate information and meaningful insights.
Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve portfolio data in Archibus, including property, lease, strategic planning, and sustainability‑related information.
Develop strong expertise in Archibus functionalities and promote their effective use across the team;

Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data in a timely and reliable manner.
