Position Responsibilities:

+ Support the management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime

+ Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by working with equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)

+ Develop digital “Job Cards” to support maintenance inspections and repetitive work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

+ Support Plant Champions with implementation of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
