The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The role ensures that the store is well-maintained, customers receive excellent service, and overall sales operations run smoothly.
II. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Customer Service & Sales
- Assist walk-in customers and identify their furniture needs
- Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
B. Store Operations
- Ensure showroom products are organized and properly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the selling area
