Attend to customer's enquiries and prepare sales quotation
Follow up and coordinate customer order and perform good customer service
Liase with relevant parties (eg. factories, suppliers, sub-contractor) for sampling sourcing and coordinate production delivery
Manage and coordinate orders to ensure order reached according to customer's request
Respond promptly to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails
Maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businesses.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
