Our Hong Kong office is now seeking a Senior Paralegal. This role will support cross-border capital market transactions and ensure smooth deal execution.

Essential Duties:

Provide legal and administrative support across ECM transactions, with a focus on Hong Kong IPOs

Draft, format and review legal documents
