Summary:

EASL is the champions league of professional basketball in East Asia. It is Where Champions Clash and the top teams across the region match up to determine the best of the best. The qualifying EASL participants are the champions and runners-up from the top basketball leagues in Chinese Taipei, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Mongolia and Macau.

The four winningest teams in the Group Stage qualify for the Final Four weekend in March, which crowns the champion of East Asia. EASL is organized under an exclusive agreement with FIBA, the international basketball federation.
