**Overview**

The Corporate Wellness Specialist will be responsible for implementing and evaluating wellness/health promotion programs and initiatives. Wellness programs will be outcome based, focused upon member/participant engagement and consistently re-evaluated for measures of success. The specialist will provide company specific analysis to identify health care opportunities and service gaps. They will operate cross functionally to provide superior internal and external customer service.
