Job Summary

:

The CAP Coordinator on the Sentinel Project will report directly to the CAP Manager for project execution and direction. The CAP Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the administration, coordination, and management of the project Corrective Action Program, as well as to support data collection, metrics development, and reporting for the Corrective Action Program and Continuous Improvement Programs. #LI-EH1

Major Responsibilities:

  • Supports administration, coordination, and reporting for the Sentinel Corrective Action Program (CAP)

  • Maintains reports and metrics from the Closed Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) system (DevonWay)

  • Maintains and reports monthly Quality department metrics

  • Supports the development, maintenance, and analysis of program metrics to provide clear insight for decision-making
