**General Summary:**

Under general supervision, responsible for following CarMax standards for the removal of dents utilizing PDR, cosmetic wheel repairs, glass repair, and a variety of interior cosmetic repairs on vehicles during the reconditioning process. This includes, but is not limited to, fabric, vinyl, leather, plastic, and carpet, as well as dye/color-matching materials.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work
+ Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with team
+ Participate in training of new associates with guidance of the Manager
+ Perform complex interior repairs to meet CarMax used vehicle standards
+ Perform Paintless Dent removal
+ Perform cosmetic wheel repairs
+ Perform glass repair
