Job Description

- Manage day-to-day cost accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of cost data
- Develop, maintain, and periodically review standard costs for raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead
- Conduct detailed variance analysis between standard and actual costs and provide recommendations for cost improvement initiatives
- Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with various departments
- Coordinate effectively between factory personnel and management to ensure budget alignment and achievement of business objectives
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze budget variances
- Prepare and manage several financial reports such as Gross Profit (GP), Cost per product, etc.
