We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer with a proven track record in managing project costs, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across large-scale Civil and MEP construction projects.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Prepare accurate cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives
- Evaluate change orders, claims, and variations from a cost perspective
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Monitor resource productivity and project cost efficiency
- Maintain and enhance cost control processes through ERP and project management systems
