What you will need to do: - Drafts projectspecific Cost Control Procedures.
- Prepares Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in accordance with Companys guidelines WBS and Contracts pricing structure.
- Prepares initial Project Budget in accordance with the Scope of Work and tender pricing documents.
- Collects actual costs/expenditures and allocates to the CBS.
- Calculates the Value of Work Executed (Value of Work Done VOWD).
- Performs the Earned Value Management (EVM) for both Manhours and Cost.
