The Cost Estimator III serves as a seasoned, senior‑level professional responsible for producing comprehensive, discipline‑integrated construction cost estimates that support complex industrial facilities maintenance and infrastructure projects. The role performs advanced quantity take‑offs; evaluates labor, material, equipment, productivity, market conditions, and risk factors; and applies both established and innovative estimating tools and standards to generate highly reliable ROM, budgetary, and task‑level cost data. Operating with minimal guidance, the position interfaces extensively with project stakeholders and customers to validate scope, schedule, and technical requirements.
