Responsibilities
Assist with the development and refinement of Government Cost estimation models. Develop, maintain, and update credible, defensible, and replicable cost estimates (including Life-Cycle Cost Estimates, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Cost/Budget Excursions, ROMs, Program Contractor Cost Estimate, in support of annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions) for the Government Customers in any phase of the acquisition life cycle. Assess technical requirement, program performance, cost, and schedule risk as applicable to the cost estimate and appropriately factor any risk and uncertainty into the cost estimates. Consult technical experts/teams when determining risk and uncertainty; document all rationale and sources.
