Responsibilities

Responsible for developing preliminary civil works construction plan and obtaining bill of quantities for all types of project costs

Qualifications:

• Registered/Licensed
• Civil Engineer or bachelor’s degree in economics or business
• Experience in road design development
• Experience conducting BOQ analysis for at least two major projects
• Skilled in engineering and economic data analysis
• Familiar with current unit costs of materials, labor, and services
