Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic and operational decision-making. Lead Pre-Costing and Post-Costing activities to achieve monthly business targets and profitability goals. Conduct detailed analysis of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Gross Margin and Net Margin performance.
