As **Counsel, Litigation,** you will play a key role in providing legal guidance and support across the organization, with a focus on litigation matters. You will partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to manage legal risk, resolve disputes, and deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions that support company objectives.

+ Provide legal support for a broad range of litigation matters.
+ Manage primarily defense litigation dockets.
+ Develop case strategies, case plans, and budgets.
+ Oversee and direct outside counsel.
+ Conduct risk analyses and provide recommendations.
+ Ensure effective cost management aligned with business priorities.
+ Represent the company in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.
