**What The Role Is**

Counsel will advise and work with management and project teams as Clearway positions itself to capture emerging opportunities in utility-scale wind, utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, and gas segments of the energy industry. This hybrid position reports to an Assistant General Counsel and may be in any of our Denver, San Francisco, San Diego, or Scottsdale offices.

Pay by location:

+ Denver, Scottsdale: $147,000 - $175,000
+ San Diego: 162,000 - $190,000
+ San Francisco: $175,000 - $210,000
