Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to support mental health and counselling initiatives.
We are looking for a Counsellor to provide individual and group counselling, support supervisors in managing team well‑being, and deliver educational programmes on mental health.
Talent
Postgraduate degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (required).
Experience in mental health and substance abuse counselling , both in individual and group settings.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills .
Basic proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferably a member of relevant professional bodies such as Singapore Association of Social Workers, Singapore Association for Counselling, or Singapore Psychological Society .
