Counsellor, Workplace Counselling & Support ServiceThe Counsellor provides trauma-informed counselling and psychosocial support to individuals affected by workplace discrimination and harassment. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the Counsellor delivers individual counselling, case management, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and referrals to support clients in their recovery and wellbeing.
