A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of the program while keeping their focus on offering high-quality support and advocacy to our residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.

RISE offers a starting Community Residence Counselor I:

• A rate of $19.00 per hour with a 40 hour workweek
• $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment
