Job Summary

The Coffee Technician is responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of coffee machines and related equipment across all store locations. This role ensures all coffee units are functioning optimally to support store operations and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and servicing of coffee machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues in coffee machines.
• Provide training to store staff on the proper use and basic maintenance of coffee machines.
• Maintain logs of service visits, repairs, and parts usage; report major issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure machines comply with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergency coffee machine issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience
