Counter Sales (External Applications Only)

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities Accurate processing of order requests received from customers. Accurate processing of sales made by customers. Accurate receipt of payments and related banking processes. Advise customers correctly on product information. Assist customers with product queries and complaints in a timely manner. Ensure timely availability in the area of responsibility. Assist in other departments as and when required. Maintain product knowledge of all products and services offered. Pack stock away according to allocated bins.
