As a Courier Delivery Driver you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and timely delivery of packages while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities - Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within Ajman
- Plan the most efficient route for package deliveries
- Collect payments from customers if necessary
- Report any delays or issues with deliveries to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of delivered packages and payments collected
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while driving
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional and helpful to customers
