Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a reliable Courier Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient running of our courier services. You will supervise all courier activities, monitor deliveries, manage routes, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining high service levels.

You will lead a team of couriers, dispatchers and support staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, track KPIs, and prepare shift reports for senior management.
