Position Overview

            Duties & Responsibilities   Ensure front-office execution of logistics services meets contractual SLA, compliance, safety, and security requirements. 
Supervise daily operations including manpower deployment, attendance management, and service execution. 
Conduct manpower planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements. 
Manage rostering to ensure optimal manpower utilisation and coverage. 
Oversee staff discipline and conduct interviews. 
Monitor attendance and enforce compliance with company policies and operational standards. 
Support establishment of new project, including manpower setup, system readiness, and operational coordination. 
Prepare and submit incident-related reports to customers, including documentation of root cause and corrective actions.
