Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including property and financial affairs.Supporting solicitors with deputyship applications, annual reports, and ongoing case management.Liaising with clients, families, local authorities, medical professionals, and financial institutions.Preparing legal documents, statements, and evidence bundles.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Court of Protection and OPG requirements.
