As a Court Registry Officer, you are an important cog in the justice machine. You will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court and liaise with multiple stakeholders including members of the judiciary, lawyers, and the public.
Your primary role will be court taking – this is the running of the court. This includes opening court sessions (in English and Te Reo Māori), working closely with Judiciary in the courtroom and in chambers and general administration of the court.
The Ministry is undertaking a significant change project known as Te Au Reka to introduce a digital casefile and workflow solution to our courts and tribunals.
