Overview

We are looking for a rural locum practitioner to provide coverage for 1 to 4 days per week at our family practice clinic in Courtenay. The position does not require out‑of‑hours, in‑patient hospital, long‑term care, obstetrics, emergency, or other specialty duties unless the candidate has an interest.

Responsibilities

- Provide patient care during scheduled days, with support from the clinic for administrative tasks (labs, letters, forms, etc.).
- One clinical day per week (Monday) will remain available to the practice for active management and oversight.
