Position : Courthouse Volleyball Coach

Reports To : Volleyball Club Directors

Job Purpose : Courthouse Volleyball Club is seeking motivated, organized, and team-oriented coaches who are passionate about athlete development and creating a positive, competitive team environment. Coaching within our program goes beyond running drills and managing game play. We are looking for coaches who can provide leadership, structure, accountability, communication, and consistency while helping athletes grow both on and off the court. Our coaches play an important role in shaping player development, team culture, and the overall experience within our club. We are committed to building a professional, development-focused program and are looking for coaches who align with those values.
