This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, support workers, carers, and individuals with transferable skills who are confident leading and engaging young people.

We're looking for candidates who:
• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Can build positive relationships with students
• Are confident, adaptable, and proactive
• Have experience working with young people or transferable skills from other sectors
• Hold a degree or relevant experience (desirable)
