The CPFR Analyst supports the execution of collaborative forecasting and replenishment processes with customers and internal stakeholders, helping improve service performance, forecast alignment and product availability. The role provides analytical insights that support customer service objectives, OTIF performance and Joint Business Planning commitments.
The role operates in a Latin American environment where customer demand patterns, promotional activity and route‑to‑market complexity require close collaboration between customers, Commercial and Supply Chain teams. Working alongside Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning and Customer Service teams, the Analyst supports the daily management of forecast and replenishment performance to improve customer service outcomes and ensure customer demand signals are reflected in operational planning.
