In the role of Coordinator for Customer Solutions at CPKC, you will support customer services for our Carload, Intermodal, and E-Business sectors. Your responsibilities include addressing shipment-related inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly. You will also play an essential role in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the CPKC systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries on shipments, service, and billing
• Supply customers with updates on shipments and disruptions
