**Position Summary**

The Craft Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring skilled craft professionals supporting scaffolding, insulation, and coatings operations throughout the Louisiana region. This position plays a critical role in maintaining workforce levels by leveraging industry relationships, field experience, referrals, networking, and local recruiting efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within industrial construction, scaffolding, insulation, coatings, maintenance, turnarounds, or related soft craft environments and understand how to identify and assess qualified craft personnel.
